2010 - 2012

With an idea to start a entrepreneurship journey, Dhara and Jimmy incorporated the company and VNC came into existence. Any foundation needs mission, vision values and an office. Being Indian Chartered Accountants we started Indian practice with a small office duly rendering registration services, accounting solutions and assistance in traditional areas like Audit, Income Tax returns to 5 to 6 domestic clients. With keen interest and best efforts we acquired our first international client based in Australia. We also hired our first employee. We did the courage to meet Australian client to have an experience and to make an international mark.

2013 - 2015

Our domestic clients base was expanded and our solution stack for international clients was continously increasing which help us grew to a 7 member team by end of the year. We reached a milestone of acquiring 50+ domestic clients. We entered the USA and Singapore markets and onboarded 2 more Australian clients. Adding a cherry on the cake, Dhara completed CPA Australia. After making a good mark in domestic market and gaining required experience, we decided to make an exit from our domestic practice and turn our focus to international clients and Vadera & Co. is now VNC with Dubai added to our territory list.

2016 - 2018

With dedicated focus on International clients, we started providing migration solutions along with accounting & finance. We added another territory - UK. With this growing attitude we introduced VNC's very own Newsletter and To Do list to make our team's life happening and easy. With dedicated focus on International clients, we started providing migration solutions along with accounting & finance. We added another territory - UK. With this growing attitude we introduced VNC's very own Newsletter and To Do list to make our team's life happening and easy. And soon we realised if we are not networking, we are not working. So we became member of BNI and Gesia group to expand our outreach, became platinum partners with QBO (USA), Silver partner of Xero and represented India in WCOA event (Australia)

2019 - 2021

VNC Edge was born, with a vision to provide simplified reporting solutions to our clientele. Also, as a breakthrough we started developing accounting software for one of our Saudi based client. Client visits - UK client visit proved a game changer for us and one of our client also visited us during this year. Yes, we survived the pandemic with the same level of enthusiasm and willingness to serve the best to our clients and being helpful to our team. The four major regions came in to existence and the organizational restructuring brought in more clarity about each team members' role and responsibility and reporting centers. We are working towards establishing VNC brand across the world through social media updates, our brand new website is underway and more focus is now on upscaling our team through activities like specialized soft skill trainings, introduction of hobby clubs and the shoutout app. Along with this we are working towards strengthening our client engagements.
